We receive vacancy demand letters from Greek employers, source and screen international candidates, issue employment contracts, and manage the visa and documentation process through to the candidate's arrival in Greece.
We place candidates in hospitality and tourism, construction, healthcare and care work, agriculture, and general service industry roles across Greece.
A valid passport with at least two years remaining, national identity documents, educational or vocational certificates, employment references, a medical fitness certificate, and passport photographs.
Most placements in Greece are completed within eight to fourteen weeks of an employer confirming candidate selection.
Yes. Every candidate placed through PrimePath Greece receives a written employment contract before they travel, detailing all conditions of employment.
Currently we focus exclusively on placements within Greece. Our office is based in Volos and all placements are with verified Greek employers.
Employers can contact our Volos office directly by telephone or email. We will request a formal demand letter and conduct employer verification before beginning candidate sourcing.
Our team remains available throughout the placement period. We act as an intermediary and, where necessary, coordinate with relevant Greek labour authorities to resolve workplace issues.
Most employers request candidates between the ages of 21 and 45. Specific requirements vary by role and are stated in each vacancy listing.
